What This Is
Use Reviews in the Mallard Bay mobile app to check guest feedback while you are in the field. The mobile review workflow shows your outfitter’s review activity, including overall rating metrics and individual guest reviews.
Mobile contexts:

Review Summary
On OutfitterReviews, the app shows:
- Average Rating
- Number of Reviews
- A list of guest reviews
Each review card can include the reviewer’s name and avatar, star rating, review date, review text, and any attached photos. If more reviews are available, use View More to load the next set.
Viewing a Full Review Group
Tap a review, or use View full review when it appears, to open ReviewsByGroup.
This screen shows reviews connected to the same review group. Use it when you want more context around related guest feedback, such as reviews tied to the same booking group or shared review activity.
Field Workflow
Use Reviews before or after a trip to quickly understand recent guest feedback, spot recurring comments, and review photos or written notes from customers. This is a read-focused mobile workflow for checking reputation activity from your phone.
The mobile app does not show review reply, moderation, or review setup actions in these screens.
